There were two rounds and one via phone call. The atmosphere was friendly. It included interview via telepresence. It also included assesment center, because they were finding more people. It included some role play, and english test . Good luck
I got an email invite for interview about 2 weeks after I submitted my application. Then interview lasted 30mins and via Teams. It was quick. Then after 3 weeks, I got the job offer.

Many unnecessary questions and was not actually related to the role. I would have preferred more situation based questions since this is a customer handling role, It would have made more sense.
