I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AXA (Austin, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
Arrived to the office and immediately went into information about the position, salary & bonuses/commission. Then the interviewer went in-depth into the different tracks of the position. He emphasized the bonuses that come with getting more clients and the opportunities to advance, while also the tests/certification one would have to take to prepare for the role. At the end, I knew it wasn't the job for me, but the interviewer was very understanding.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AXA (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2016
Interview
It mostly consisted of basic interview questions. Getting to know me and my personality. Understanding why I wish to work for the company itself. What I would bring to the table if I were hired. Where I came from and what background I have in terms of finance and life insurance
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AXA (New York, NY) in Jun 2012
Interview
Overall it was a very pleasant interview with a lot of questions regarding my interpersonal skills as well as how my personality would relate to activities that the company would require of me if I would get hired.
Took different personality tests to see how I would fit in their requirements. Also took basic MS Office program tests to see how well I'm familiar with these programs.
