Phone interview for the first interview, then afterwards they will send you an email to confirm/setup an in person on Skype interview where you will discuss the training and salary options more in depth.

Question 1
Just the typical interview questions that one would expect. Very straightforward and relaxed. They don't ask questions to try to catch you off guard like some companies.

Interview
The interview was easy, they ask you to introduce yourself to them, and also ask about if you have got a sales Experience. Just sell yourself to them and you will be hired
Applied online and was contacted for an interview about a week later. The first interview was one-on-one and consisted of a mix of background and behavioral questions, and very conversational.

Very simple Interview, based off my experience seems like everyone gets the role.
This is more of an insurance sales position rather than an actual “advisor”. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible
