Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn and asked me to apply to the position after sending her my CV. Applied through link and was rejected then she arranged for me to do the aptitude test anyway. The test felt completely irrelevant to the job - either rush and answer all questions but incorrectly or answer slowly and be deducted points for not answering all. I chose to answer slowly as in a business context it would be more important for me to produce accurate information at a slower pace than a lot of mediocre and incorrect information. They did not see it this way.
The Technical or coding interview was live interview with a tech lead using hackerank and then the interviewer will introduce themselves. Then, the coding question will be given and will be ask to solve withink 45 minutes.

First interview is a sample and quick interview, and some information sharing .
Second Interview is typing skill and within 40minutes, answer Japanese email and english email.
Third Interview is interview with the Team leader its take around 1 hours.
