You need to apply STAR approach and make sure you use buzz words related to the leadership principles (they'll send you information about them). Be explanatory but don't get carried away!!! They like ambitious, initiative, enthusiastic, responsible people, someone who works for the team, not only for their own benefit. Think of situations where you demonstrated their 12 leadership principles. Every interview started with presenting myself (education, work experience), make sure it demonstrates you're a fit for the company. Depending on your answers, you'll have more customized follow up questions.
