I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2020
Interview
Approached by HR. First there is cultural + numerical test (more complicated than the ones in consulting and banking), followed by 3x30min interviews.
You need to apply STAR approach and make sure you use buzz words related to the leadership principles (they'll send you information about them). Be explanatory but don't get carried away!!! They like ambitious, initiative, enthusiastic, responsible people, someone who works for the team, not only for their own benefit. Think of situations where you demonstrated their 12 leadership principles. Every interview started with presenting myself (education, work experience), make sure it demonstrates you're a fit for the company. Depending on your answers, you'll have more customized follow up questions.
