Interview
There was poor communication between the recruiter and hiring team. When setting up the phone screen, I put in my availability and never heard back. Two weeks later I received a message from the recruiter that my interview had been scheduled for that day and saw that the hiring team never sent out any confirmation. I gave my availability again and then the interview was scheduled for two weeks later. There was too much time between when the recruiter reached out to me and the actual interview. The interview just seemed out of courtesy at that point.

What was a time you had a complex problem and how did you solve it?
Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Interview
Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
