Applied through campus recruiting and referred by current intern. 4 rounds of one to one interview, each takes 30 minutes. One bar raiser. Two of them focused on behavioral question and the other two focused on case problems.

Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
