Amazon Recruitment interview questions

Process was simple - I was contacted by an agency. Then had 1 interview with the manager and that was it. In hindsight I wish I'd spoken to other people to understand the team specifically and the recruitment they were doing as it was all internally focused and it was more admin and process management than recruitment. It was not the right fit for me. Sometimes it is better to give extra stages so questions can go back and forth.

I was contracted and the interview process with Amazon was quick and easy. The staffing firm they use dragged their feet and were hard to work with. Even to this day they are hard to work with. I have emailed them several times to give back my laptop and they keep saying they’ll send something out soon. Very bizarre
