First interview: know all your units and a brief summary of each as I was asked for the name of my units and what I knew about it. First interview is usually taken by HR managers and the 2nd one is taken by the partners. However, my interview was taken by one of the partner as the manager wasn't available.
It was not too difficult. Interviewer was friendly. Assessment centre was okay. Group exercise was standard. Would recommend preparing thoroughly for interview including competency based questions and strength based questions
Assessment centre, specially recruiting for tax department. Like all other assessment days, but a bit less organised. Had people interviewing for summer internships with people for full time graduate roles.
