BairesDev Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process checked my previous experiences and my English knowledge. The interviewer (Vitor) was very calm and nice. He explained how the hiring process works. There are another steps in the hiring process on BairesDev applicant site (like answering few logic tests and programming questions), which helps a job match. I hope it comes soon.

It was formidably quick, since they stored the results from a previous process, something I really appreciate, I'd hate doing those tech screening tests again. HR screening took 15 min.
