All questions at interview focussed on BlackRock's 5 Principles, HR clearly wanted to focus on whether candidates were a good fit for the company. Prep anecdotes that demonstrate the principles (collaboration, innovation etc.) as well as doing due diligence regarding products/growth areas for the company. Much less of a technical/market awareness focus in questions
