BlackRock Spring Insight Week interview questions

One must submit a Curriculum Vitae to the Blackrock careers portal. This was followed by a video interview on Hirevue consisting of a few questions (time for preparation is provided).

Initially it was a virtual process where there were 2 questions and the response had to be recorded. There was a 5 minute preparation time for each question and the recording had to be 1 and a half minute long. Furthermore, there will be a second round of interview by call.
