I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Pretty straightforward but was heavily focused on the financial market questions. Found it a bit hard for a junior role. Also, interviewer turned up late so I wasn't given a chance to go through the play part of the interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Dec 2025
Interview
5 rounds: Plum assessment, PRVI, call with HR, Zoom with 2 TLs, in-person with 2 higher managers. Took 2 months. HR was very responsive until the end; waited 8 days after final interview with a form rejection at the end of the day, no feedback. Interviewers are more interested in themselves than you, and they talk a lot about their values (meritocracy, diversity, innovation) but the reality falls far short. One of the final interviewers asked aggressive questions, had her arms crossed, and got my name wrong. You'll know her by the intensely Botoxed face; she would've frowned if she could. If you are taking the CFA, beware; they don't like to appear more stupid than their juniors even if they are.
