strong tech testing - lots of rounds but all done virtually. the interviewers were supportive but the challenges were tough. They made me write algorithms and then I had to write code in a language that I chose. the whole process felt fair.

Interview
There were two remote technical screenings followed by a 5 hour in person interview. In the in person interviews, I was the only candidate and there were either 2 or 1 interviewer. There were 2 technical, one conversational, one management and one HR interview during the on site interview. An offer was made within 5 days of the in person interview.

The remote technical screenings consisted of about 3 programming questions each. Most of them were pretty straightforward for an experienced programmer. There was one question that was a little bit tricky, it ended up being a Monte Carlo simulation in disguise.
