CGI Service Desk Analyst interview questions

Very quick Interview, offered within a few hours of applying. Interview questions were very basic, hardly any IT questions and one or two customer service questions. After discovering the high turnaround for this role I began answering the questions badly as I was not interested in the company. I was still offered the job.

Phone interview Standard IT troubleshooting outlining how you would resolve specific hardware and software issues. Some STAR questions were also involved in the interview, regarding customer service and different situations.
