I was invited for a face-to-face interview on April 25th in Noida. Initially, I was unaware that it was a mass hiring event. Upon arriving at the location at 10:00 AM, I observed a large queue of over 100 candidates standing outside the building in the 40-degree heat. Many candidates attempted to log in and obtain their passes, but experienced technical difficulties with the system. The security personnel treated candidates with a lack of courtesy. It is unclear where basic human decency has gone, as candidates were asked to stand outside the building in 40-degree weather.I attempted to take the pass but was unsuccessful in receiving the OTP via email, likely due to the high volume of applicants attempting to obtain it simultaneously. After standing in line for approximately half an hour, the security head instructed us to organize ourselves into separate lines for men and women outside the building, where the temperature was around 40 degrees. After watching this, I am very disappointed with Capgemini for this kind of walk-in process. Additionally, HR did not inform me of the extent of the mass hiring, resulting in a wasted 3-4 hours of my time
