It's was very easy, a little bit of role playing with customer situations. It was s one on one, so that made a hide difference on if you are nervous to do group interview . Overall it was a fun experience

It was quick and easy, completed the application online in an hour and within a week had two phone interviews completed. Other employees have said it's a long and difficult application with long tests but I felt they were fast and easy!

Interview
I was called by an HR representative to see why I was interested in the customer service position. After explaining my qualifications they decided to set up a one on one in person interview with one of their customer service managers. We discussed my qualifications, some of my personal attributes, and then I handled some customer scenarios. Later that same day I received a call back from the same HR representative and was offered the position.
