I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Ciudad de México) in Aug 2025
Interview
Too much time to have the first interview and in was by phone (really old in my perspective). Also, is a must to go specific days to the office (is not so hybrid) and they are not flexible with the benefits.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Plano, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
This process was arduous to say the least. I had seven interview spanning 2 months. The first 3 interviews I was very well received and they loved my answers and background. My last 4 interviews, all scheduled on one day, is where I have had issues. These aren't interviews about your history, but case studies that you would find in a McKinsey interview process. You cannot use any internet help, it all must be done with calculator and paper, "exactly" how you would do it in on the job. If you ask for any specific help it is counted against you, from what I can tell. Also I had one interviewer that wanted to be anywhere but interviewing me. All in all, the process could be better and less drawn out. I wouldn't recommend working based on the interview process.
