First round - surveyMonkey based coding test 2nd Round - zoom - resume based, coding approach, and design interviews 3rd round - hiring Manager - again resume , achievements based - who was btw completly in different world. wanted to know problem statements, design and coding but was not ready to spend 1 min in listening. very bad experience

Never ever ever ever will interview with them ever again. They reached out to me, saw my resume, there was a phone screen, take home tech assessment which I passed, then a 4.5 hour “power day” interview with a diagram design, then a live coding session which I passed, then a case study interview, then a behavioral interview. I wonder if the CEO even went under as much scrutiny. All of that and then they email me and say sorry we’re not moving forward. My advice is refuse to do any coding unless they pay you for your time, the amount of mine they wasted was absolutely dispicable.
