Cognizant Sr. Associate interview questions

It was tough. Though i was an Ex cognizant associate they didn't consider my previous exp which is very upsetting. I didn't apply any new jobs then. First round was technical, followed by managerial and further HR round. Questions revolved more around Salesforce solutions, knowledge and stakeholder management skills. Managerial rounds was more focused on communication skills and quick thinking abilities.
