Cognizant Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

One telephonic round followed by F2F/ skype interview. I got a call from a consultancy who were hiring for CTS. The interview experience was worst since there is no proper communication from the HR, they scheduled the F2F interview on a weekday and the discussion was delayed by 2 hours as per the scheduled time. The interviewer was least interested to take the interview as he kept on looking at his phone during the discussion and left the discussion after 10 minutes.
