Crocs interview questions

1 phone interview. briefly introduced myself(college experiences, job fits, work experiences, etc) . scheduled next interview. 2 face to face with team leader and hr. 3 simple skill test using excel.

Interview process was very simple. 2 phone calls: first to confirm interest and second to get to know the candidate and explain the role. After the phone calls I was invited to the office to be interviewed on-site. There were 3 interviews, about 20-30 minutes each with a manager, director, and a VP.
