DISH Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

After filling out an online application and passing a skills test, an email is sent out for you to schedule a time and day to go into the center to take the skills test in person. After passing the skills test at the center, an interview is schedule. The interview was one on one with an HR representative. The rep explained what the call center consisted of at DISH. The interview was about 20 minutes long.

They tested to see I was savvy with basic computer skills and math,then han a face to face interview with a floor supervisor who in turn explained the job requirements and the steps to rising within the company and how they were trying to compete and and overtake business from Directv,also was given details of the pay structure
