Interview
It's a two part interview process. First, you speak with HR. The second interview, you speak with a coach (someone who manages agent teams) and they walk you through the call center. They explain what's expected and answer any questions you may have about working in a call center environment. If you're a good fit, you will get a call from HR offering you a position.
