DISH Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

it was nice but completely staged. however i can see the faces of the ppl now in my mind and they all looked miserable. can't really blame them. i tried to see what i'd be working with. it looked more promising than it really was.

The interview process was pretty normal, diving into my experience and talking about the high and low points of my past customer service experience. Yet it seemed the person in charge of the interview was pretty new and didn't seem too confident in screening me for the job I applied for.
