DISH Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview starts off with a tour of the facility. You speak to the hiring manager who will eventually be your team lead. The interview was fairly short and then you are asked to take a drug test and fill out paperwork for the background check.

I applied online, was emailed maybe two weeks later about why I wanted to work at DISH and if I would do a phone interview. I did the phone interview later that week and was offered an in person interview. I did an online assessment in the call center HR office, interviewed, and filled out my information for a background check. A week later, the background check came in and I was offered the job.
