DISH Project Manager interview questions

HR interview followed by two aptitude tests a few days later. Aptitude tests were mildly difficult. Called back for 2nd interview by hiring manager. Got grilled for about 30 minutes. Asked questions about job history. Important- wanted to know what motivates you. Basically weeding out potential slackers. Really difficult to do since some folks are great at interviewing but are bad employees. They should have asked if they can contact former employers. Company is just launching a cell division. Brand new product with high goals. Probably not going to hit their target if they don't know how to find good workers.

Wow! It's been awhile since I interviewed, but this process is long and convoluted. 3 video interviews 1 in person meet up 3 assessment (G+, Wonderlic, & Watson Glasser) I started process 30 days ago and still am waiting for the 4th interview. It has already been rescheduled 2 times at the request of Dish.
