I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Austin, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
Simple behavioral questions that get to know you and your experience if you have any relevant experience in the field. The questions were not technical and were more aimed at your experience working with others and your knowledge of the company and purpose.

Interview
The interviewers lacked the capability to probe my skills. Technical rounds were very easy and I had no difficulty in answering any questions. Finally, the HR round also went by smoothly but i was not given an offer letter
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
A recruiter reached out with an interview offer for the Dell Technologies ISG 2021 Summer Internship, in which I completed a candidate form to send my information. I immediately completed the form and followed up, and the recruiter took a whole week plus weekend to respond to my email and confirm the schedule for the interview. I was only given 2 days to prepare for the interview due to not knowing when the interview would be because of the recruiter's extremely delayed response.
Followed up with the recruiter after the interview to ask for the next steps and (to no surprise) she did not respond, even after two follow-ups. Sent thank you notes to the recruiter and interviewers and (to no surprise) not one person responded.
The interviewers were two employees in tech-related management positions at Dell, but working at different locations remotely. They were friendly at first, but the interview turned sour as it progressed; they kept asking me more and more difficult questions which did not match my experience at all (0 years experience), and they interrupted me each time I spoke. They also dodged every question I had about company culture, so I barely learned a thing about the company itself.
