Interview
Interview process start with an aptitude test. After clearing the aptitude test there was a GD round. In the GD, there was a case followed by a presentation. Each candidate has given a fair chance to speak. After clearing the GD round there was a versant round where they check the communication of the candidate. After clearing that round there was a final interview round.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
