When you're done filling out the ridiculously long application online and taking two separate quizzes for the position online you get a call within a week if you qualified. First comes the 20min phone interview, then a one on one with HR where they tell you what you need to be prepared for the group interview which takes about 30min. Next group interview, and finally one on one with management of your department.

Was called within 10 minutes of submitting my resume, was hired within 24 hours of that as well. Seemed professional, was told their hiring percentage was quite low. Found out I was training with recent high school graduates that were making more based on their experience of serving, etc. While a business degree from a high ranking school and a diamond internship were looked down upon.
