3 rounds with HR, manager and partner. Initial screening was easy and then few couple difficult interviews with the manager and partner. Focus on experience and technical questions, Did not get an offer.
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
