Gave them my resume at University Tech Fair. Got an email in February for the interview. One in person interview, with each of my future managers -- one soft skills, one technical. About an hour long. Sent a thank you email, and a week or so later received an offer.

phone call one week after applied in the University. It would be easier to apply from University's platform. It was a good experience for a student, anyway, and you will be asked to write code, either in shared desktop or on some other platform for testing with a website link. The topic is simple, sorting and strings, linked list...However, you need to prepare, as there is time limit, 1 hour or so, and 1 or two subjects.

Phone call, manager called directly. Background introduction, then onsite. Onsite was mostly algorithm questions and Java basic. 5 commands for UNIX, advanced , not like ls, cd. What project is your favorite and why, which algorithm you like most and why. Java difference for interface and abstract class. Static variable and static block
