I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FDM Group (Hong Kong) in Sep 2016
Interview
Telephone interview lasted less than 20 minutes. Interviewer called about an hour before scheduled time due to time conflict. There weren't many follow up or spontaneous questions, most questions sounded planned belonged to one of several sections. The general logic structure was to learn the candidate's background, interest in the program, research of the program, knowledge in finance/IT, 'career aspirations' and communication skills.

Question 1
What do you know about FDM Group? Describe one of the projects you did in school/university.
The interview was an online interview with one trainer who was simply asking very basic behavioural and situational questions. You can expect role specific interview if application is for a specific role. My role was not techical so questions were about education, past experience and client communication and financial knowledge focussed.

Impromptu phone interview. Then a scheduled zoom/teams interview with recruitment team. An on-site interview with 3 sessions: group discussion, individual interview with account manager, a simple technical interview designed for non-technical background people.
simple. screening call and then panel style interview and then separate interviews with 3 different account managers. all kind of asked questions you'd expect, just do research on fdm and the stream you are being interviewed for and you'll be fine
