Interview
HR found my CV online. I had a short phone interview with the HR with basic questions about myself and FDM. Was then invited for their assessment centre where I had 2 interviews which was again very general, about my CV and past. Did 3 test that day which were mainly mathematics based and computing questions like what does http stand for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group in Sep 2024
Interview
After applying for FDM’s Graduate Programmer position online, I received a response within one week inviting me to a 30-minute video interview with a graduate recruiter based in Singapore. The conversation covered my technical background, interest in the program, and flexibility for client placements post-training. I got my results within another week.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2022
Interview
The process took about 12 weeks.
Online Application Form followed by a phone Interview and two tests. If successful three strenght based Interviews each 15 minutes with people from the company.

Interview
Five stage interview process. General chat, followed by a more formal interview, technical questions and logic puzzles, then a final stage interview with three different interviewers.
I was brought in absolutely last minute (woke up at 9am to a phone call, brought into the Zoom meeting ten minutes later) for the final stage interview and that was clearly not considered in my interviews.
I ultimately received no contact following the final interview - not so much as a rejection email..
