I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2015
Interview
First was a telephone interview where it was actually fairly informal. They just explained the graduate scheme and made sure that you understood that you had to be geographically flexible etc.
Video interview
They called it a video interview but it was more of a record yourself answering a few questions kind of thing.
Assessment centre
The assessment day consisted on 3 tests (GCSE maths, Venn diagram test, and 3 short interviews)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions to do with your university and degree, IT awareness
The interview was an online interview with one trainer who was simply asking very basic behavioural and situational questions. You can expect role specific interview if application is for a specific role. My role was not techical so questions were about education, past experience and client communication and financial knowledge focussed.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Your biggest strength/weakness?
What do you know about KYC?
Impromptu phone interview. Then a scheduled zoom/teams interview with recruitment team. An on-site interview with 3 sessions: group discussion, individual interview with account manager, a simple technical interview designed for non-technical background people.
simple. screening call and then panel style interview and then separate interviews with 3 different account managers. all kind of asked questions you'd expect, just do research on fdm and the stream you are being interviewed for and you'll be fine
