Interview
Applied right before the deadline and received a call the next morning to schedule a longer phone call. This longer phone call just covered the basics, your experience, why did you apply to this job, as well as some very high level technical questions. For instance, if you had Java on your resume they might ask whats an object vs a class? Or, when do you use pointers? Very basic stuff. After that you are asked to do an assessment which includes a behavioural video interview, with pre recorded questions that you answer within a time limit (1.30 min I believe, questions listed below). The other part of the assessment is skills based but super easy. Just tests your logic, and ability to read what a program does basically. Still waiting on the results of this.
First was a 15 min phone screen with basic OOP questions, next is a behavioural interview and aptitude test (logic questions), and finally is a video assessment. Phone screen has questions such as why IT, When to use pointers, etc.

Interview
3 Different Stages. First stage was common background phone interview. Second Stage was Aptitude and Video Interview stage. Last stage was Skype Call with Technical and Behavioral Interview Questions. Overall pretty simple and straight forward. They don't throw you off with any hard questions.
