Interview is short and to the point. They'll ask you if you're able to lift 75 pounds and when you're available to work. FedEx is always in need of hiring so you can expect to be working quickly
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Norcross, GA) in May 2022
Interview
overall the interview process was the least stressful of all the jobs i've worked in the past. hr will call you and basically make sure that you're aware that the job requires you to lift heavy things. they'll hire pretty much anyone, so as long as you say yes, they'll schedule you for orientation. it's not really an interview honestly, its just them making sure that you have a brain and that you're going to show up. they all understand that literally no one can just lift 70lbs on the fly, so they don't expect that of you upon your first couple of weeks anyways.

Interview
There wasn't a real interview. Just an online questionnaire that told you what the job is and asked if you could do the basics. Like if you could work on your feet all day and lift heavy packages.
