Glassdoor Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter, then a 30 min phone call with the hiring manager. I was then passed through to the 3rd round - a mock sales renewal pitch.

Applied online, received screening call from recruiter, followed by a call with hiring manager. I thought the call went well but I was completely ghosted by both the hiring manager and recruiter even after attempted follow ups. Had to see for myself that the position was removed from the site at a later date... I assume the position was filled. Echoing what other reviewers have said; I'm disappointed that I wasn't communicated with properly, especially from Glassdoor; a company that is supposed to hold transparency and valuable feedback as core values.
