I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (New York, NY) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process started with a tech screen which was fine but then the final round had no coding or systems only to be told in the rejection that I was not technical enough. One of the most arbitrary interview processes I ever went though.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The tech screen was to make a simple sample app in Swift UI

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I take it very seriously when an interview candidate feels like they did not receive proper feedback. I will be working with the Talent Partner and the iOS team to ensure we provide better feedback to candidates moving forward. If you are open to it, I'd like to understand in more detail the feedback you received and how we can improve.
