I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Goodwill (Colville, WA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I would absolutely go in and introduce yourself after you put in an application. That is really what got me the interview. In the interview I was asked a lot of questions related to customer service and "What would you do if..." type questions. They are tricky. o not be afraid to take your time to answer them.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Lapeer, MI) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was pretty simple, asking the basic questions. I came back for a second interview with another manager, they showed me around. Then I remember waiting a while for the background check to come back. I got called asking if I wanted to come in. I didn't actually get the job I applied for. I got put in the back going through clothes.
