Interview
There were four rounds in the interview and the whole process took about 3 weeks :-
First was basic verbal aptitude test.
Second was GD
Third was technical round which was entirely Resume based.
Final round was HR which was more like behavioral question, and general chit chat.
The overall interview was average and not so difficult. just remain cool and confident.
Was nice to give interview here. Really appreciate the process that's followed by the organisation. On time schedule and very punctual about interview timings. Duration was longer but interview process was amazing.

It was a walk in interview at Cinnamon life Colombo. They said to come with relevant documents and just had a casual conversation and asked some technical questions as well.

2.Technical interview
3.Hr interview
After these rounds Background verification will be started and will be completed within a week.The program is for 6 months training which consists of 2 months CRT and 4 months OJT.
