Relaxed interview process. Felt like a conversation. I was asked standard interview questions for the most part. Overall, the interview was not hard, it was mainly behavioral questions. The interviewer was also very kind and welcoming.

Phone call with a HR department. Asks a series of behavioral questions. Be sure to have something to say for leadership example. Nothing too difficult. Also asks for career plan and what you are looking for at Hilti.
