Hilton Garden Inn Server/Bartender interview questions

Interview was a one time meeting. Very simple. Dress to impress. The meeting was with the General manager. The interview its self was very easy but I believe I was mislead with information to accept the position. At this specific location the likely hood of being promoted to a higher position is very unlikely.

I was asked about my experience as a server and bartending. I was also asked why I wanted to work for Hilton and if I was a team player.
