IBM Applications Architect interview questions

Very detailed technical interview followed by very specific integration questions. Java/J2EE specific questions and pre-sales experience level questions. Delivery hand holding, mentoring large teams, onshore-offshore technical communication challenges etc.. Overall very detailed, thorough and interviewer was very good listener and want to know everything what I did in my previous companies. Extremely nice and mature experience!!!

Technical where the competency level is checked along with checking the communication and logical reasoning , Mangerial round checks the ability to negotiate with customers and client handling and HR is where the Salary expectations is discussed.
