Slow. The culture at IBM seems to move at a snails pace in terms of getting stuff done. HR is particularly slow so don't panic if it seems to be taking a long time. Don't sweat the IQ test. I'm not sure if it's a requirement for being hired and even if it is it is pretty easy. The example questions you see online arn't always right however they do get you in a good state of mind.
