IBM Product Designer interview questions

I was given a design exercise to complete before going on-site. I presented my design with other candidates and then participated in a group design exercise. Afterwards, there were two one-on-one interviews.

First round, video conferencing. After clearing the round meeting with senior leadership. Third round 1 hour design challenge to explain the process and your thoughts. Fourth round, meeting senior team members and answering variety of question on variety of topics
