International Rescue Committee interview questions

The interview process started with a phone screening, followed by a technical interview with both technical and HR . It went smoothly and wasn't overly long. Both HR and the tech team were quick to respond and helpful throughout. Their efficiency and responsiveness made the experience pleasant and professional.

The process included three separate interviews, one interviewer in each stage, I was asked for 5 references. The process took one month. I was offered a good package and was overall satisfied with the process.
