International Rescue Committee interview questions

It was mainly behavioural questions. I had 3 interviews, which of course takes time to prepare and the time spent in the interviews as well. I was disappointed that given the amount of time spent preparing and interviewing (one interview was extremely short notice so I hadn't really been much time to prepare), I was given very generic feedback. What was more disappointing was when asking for more detailed feedback as it's an organisation I'd love to work at, I was completely ignored by HR and the hiring manager.

I was interviewed one year ago virtually. It went well, the employer and the technical manager were very kind and gentle.
