International Rescue Committee interview questions

The Interview process included the following: I had to undergo both a phone Interview and an in-person interview. If one is experienced in college and career advising, all questions asked during both interviews were quite generic.

Phone call for 15 minutes. A live interview will follow. The manager was very kind and professional. She aked to the point questions and she encouraged me to give more information reversing the question when she felt I was nervous.
